It is same variety with the green olives but gathers one month later as soon as the olive acquires black colour. Their treatment becomes only with fat salt in special plastic barrels, thus has only taken also the name"BRINES" reason of natural treatment with and main component the salt, without additiveschemical preservatives. Time of maturation to consumption is 3 months. Disposal in packing 13 Kg container, 3 Kg plastic container, 250 gr Vacum, 500 gr Vacum.
